We disclose some of the most relevant below; if you wish to read the full terms we invite you to read the full Author Agreement model.

    1) The author guarantees and exclusively grants Fundación Infancia y Aprendizaje the full rights of his/her contribution, which will be protected by Spanish copyright laws for any country and every language, and all subsidiary rights.

    2) The author guarantees that:

-He/she is the only author of the contribution, or has been authorised by all other authors to act as their representative
-The material is original and has not been previously published
-The material does not break any copyright law or common law, property right or any other right
-The material subscribes the deontological code established by the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos (Spanish Association of Psychologists) or, in its absence, to that established by common law regarding people's privacy rights and the use of data obtained for scientific research
-No other person owns the copyrights conferred to FIA
-If the contribution has previously been published in full or un part in any other publication with copyright, the author agrees to attach the copyright lease to FIA and likewise provide information about the original publication

    3) The author has the right to read and correct proofs, but if the author does not return those corrections within the dates established by FIA's production department, publication will go ahead without the author's approval.

    4) The author agrees to contact FIA on all issues concerning the use of the contribution by any third party (compilations, electronic reproduction on any media, etc.). Likewise, should the author become aware of any form of non-authorised use, the author agrees to author inform FIA.

    FIA guarantees the author:

    5) The right to republish the contribution in any electronic or print compilation of which the author is the editor, and also in personal websites, with the one condition that the author communicates this to FIA and cites the original source in a visible place within the publication.

    6) The right to approve any translation of the material.

    7) To receive two print copies of the journal issue in which the contribution has been published, free of charge, a PDF offprint, and discounts on the retail price of that same issue.

If from this use any rights are perceived, all amounts will be divideed into equal parts between the author and FIA.
