Call for papers presentation for a monographic issue of Revista de Psicología Social.

Objective

Over the past years, new interdisciplinary fields have emerged combining theories, research tools and techniques of Social Cognition and Social Neuroscience. A prime example of this multi-disciplinary effort comes from Social Cognitive Neuroscience. The main advantage of these new approaches is that they permit to obtain a global view of the studied phenomenon, since both Social Cognition and Social Neuroscience can offer complementary information. The main goal of this special issue is to facilitate the dissemination and to increase the visibility of these new perspectives in the area of Social Psychology. To this end, we are calling for manuscript submission of theoretical and empirical work that highlight the social aspects and implications of a set of multidisciplinary research within the area of neuroscience.

Authors willing to submit their manuscripts for this monographic issue must do so by 10th January 2013.

Manuscripts undergo a double-blind reviewing process. Maximum length is 7000 words (including title, abstract, abstract in Spanish, tables, figures and references). Manuscripts must follow Revista de Psicología Social's Author Guidelines.
