Useful tips for agencies and bookstores

Always provide end customers' full, specially institution name and email address. This is very important for the following reasons:

1) Subscription processes sometimes result in institutions cancelling their subscriptions and ordering them again; if subscription agencies or libraries have not provided end customers' data is is highly likely that the customers will experience inconveniences and trouble with their subscriptions (not benefitting from special discounts for being subscribed to two journals, or lose online access privileges, for instance)

2) FIA is constantly looking for ways to improve our services to our mutual customers. Market knowledge (institutions names) and contact with end customers (prior agency or bookstore consent) is of great help in our endeavor for service improvement

Read and refer the end customer to our sections regarding Journals, Subscriptions, and Services so that they may benefit from all our services and offers.
