Following the publishing agreement signed by Fundación Infancia y Aprendizaje and Taylor & Francis, subscriptions to our journals are entirely managed by Taylor & Francis. All information included in this webpage has been extracted and summarized for our subscribers' and readers' convenience from Taylor & Francis Online's purchasing information and terms and conditions webpages. Subscription periods Subscriptions are restricted to the current calendar year (January-December).
Subscription modalities Taylor & Francis and Fundación Infancia y Aprendizaje (FIA) journals' subscriptions may be personal or institutional. Access rights to the online content in Taylor & Francis Online will depend on the subscription modality. Institutional subscriptions All subscriptions intended for collective use and/or within the work environment of any private or public organization (universities, associations, societies, companies and any other artificial persons) will be considered institutional. Institutional subscribers are entitled to full text access to all published content for the subscribed journal in Taylor & Francis Online and, depending on the subscription type, print issues' surface postage.
Postage Depending on the subscription type, subscriptions to Taylor & Francis journals may include print issues' surface postage. Upon receiving payment of a subscription, all the subscribed journal's issues thereto published within the subscription year will be sent. In no case will print issues be sent prior to receiving and confirming subscription payment. In the event of change of address, the customer must send notice and provide the new address details as soon as possible. Online subscription The online version of Fundación Infancia y Aprendizaje's journals is hosted in Taylor & Francis Online. Renewals Renewal letters are automatically forwarded on a yearly basis at the end of December with all necessary information to renew your subscription. Renewals are processed through Taylor & Francis' secure online renewal site, where you can renew using your credit or debit card. Requirements for signing in are the first line of your address and your customer number, both of which can be found on your renewal letter. When you receive your invoice, we strongly recommend that you forward payment as soon as possible in order for the renewal process to be completed uneventfully. Payment methods and currency Personal subscriptions must be purchased with a personal check or credit card. Proof of personal status may be requested. Refund and cancellation policy For subscriptions to any of its journals and in any of the available modalities, Taylor & Francis establishes the following conditions for subscription cancellations and, in case of already paid subsriptions, full refund of the subscription or subscriptions payment. Conditions for subscription cancellation and payment refund 1) Publications: you may cancel at any time within seven working days beginning on the day after you received the Publication or, if a Subscription, the first copy of any Publication due under such a Subscription. 2) Digital Content: you may cancel at any time within seven working days beginning on the day after you received the information from Us about how to access to the Digital Content, provided that you have neither accessed nor made any attempt to access the Digital Content in which case this right to cancel shall not apply. Cancellation and refund costs In each case, if you are eligible, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Digital Content using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, if applicable, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Us.To cancel, you must inform Us in writing. If you have purchased a Publication, you must return this to Us immediately in the same condition in which you received it and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Publications whilst it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, We may have a right of action against you for compensation. |
